Mary Mittel

As Customer Success Manager, Mary Mittel puts her sales, marketing and customer service hats into one mega-hat to deliver amazing experiences for Vsimple users. She boasts an unrelenting focus on results for her clients and finds creative ways to meet objectives no matter the circumstances. Prior to joining Vsimple, "Sweet Mary" (as she's affectionately known) held leadership positions in sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry.

The ultra-competitor, Mary earned her degree from the University of Louisville while competing on the women's division one swim team. Despite her penchant for pools, she has no interest in staying in her lane; Mary is an amateur needlepointer, aspiring pickleballer and world traveler. When she's not enjoying a dirty martini, she's "slinging support" and working hard to ensure the success of our customers, one workflow at a time.
