We’ve all been there. Dan calls Rachele with an update on their customer's order quantity and delivery date. Rachele emails the update to her team but forgets to CC Aimee. Aimee swings by the desk of Dan, who only tells Aimee about the change of delivery date. The customer ends up getting the products on time, but not as many as they ordered.
