Sprint 151 is all about making everyday work easier to run. This update focuses on reducing rework, improving communication inside workflows, and helping teams move faster without adding complexity.
Below is a quick walkthrough of what’s new, why it matters, and how you can start using it.

Update Existing Records with vForms

vForms can now update existing records, not just create new ones.
This means teams no longer need to manually edit records or re-enter information when something changes. Instead, a vForm can be used to update specific fields on an existing record in seconds.

Why this matters
  • Cuts down manual data entry and rework

  • Keeps records accurate as details change

  • Reduces back-and-forth between teams

How it works

You can now submit a vForm that targets an existing record and updates only the fields you need, such as due dates, descriptions, or other key details. Once submitted, the record refreshes automatically with the new information.
This is especially useful for order updates, project changes, and ongoing operational workflows where details evolve over time.

Activity Stream Replies

We’ve added the ability to reply directly to messages inside the activity stream.
Instead of posting new comments or reacting without context, you can now respond directly to a specific message within a record.

Why this matters
  • Keeps conversations organized and easy to follow

  • Reduces confusion about who’s responding to what

  • Improves clarity inside busy workflows

How it works
Hover over a message in the activity stream and select the reply option. Your response appears at the top of the stream, and selecting a user’s name will jump directly to the message you’re responding to.
This makes communication inside records faster, clearer, and more actionable.

Faster vAI Processing

We’ve upgraded vAI processing speed, with performance improvements of up to 2x faster.
Why this matters

  • Quicker automation and decision support

  • Less waiting on background processing

  • Smoother experience in complex workflows

vAI continues to work behind the scenes to route work, enforce standards, and surface issues, now with improved speed to keep pace with fast-moving operations.

Chatwoot Has a New Home

If you’ve been wondering where the Chatwoot bubble went, you’ll now find it in the sidebar.
This keeps support accessible without getting in the way of your day-to-day work.
