Faster to use. Easier to manage.

We rolled out a set of updates that make Vsimple faster to use and easier to manage. These improvements focus on helping you move through your work with more clarity and fewer steps, whether you are building prompts, checking records, or working from your phone.

Platform Improvements

Several improvements make the platform smoother to use. You can now react to posts with quick feedback, and email values are now open as links even when they appear outside an email field. Mobile also got a noticeable lift with updates that make it easier to work on smaller screens.

Highlights include:

• Table and Kanban views now available

• Cleaner spacing, improved tap areas, and fixed overlapping buttons

You can also confirm when marking notifications as read and mark a single thread as read on desktop or mobile. Support and vAI icons have been moved to better positions, and both record previews and full record pages are easier to work with. Mobile users can set Out of Office, and number-based fields now open the number keyboard automatically.

Admin & Security

On the admin and security side, Outlook integration has been updated to meet LBMC requirements, and the Too Many Requests error is resolved. Admins can now manage feature access in admin.vsimple.com.

Additional improvements:

• Dedicated backup process for vAI data

• Automatic cleanup of empty custom fields tied to deleted items

These updates help keep your workspace more organized and secure.
