We’re excited to share a fresh round of Vsimple updates designed to make your experience smarter, faster, and more intuitive. The vAI sidebar is now available in Views, letting you ask questions across multiple records, search by order numbers, serial numbers, or file contents, and get insights about your workflows without leaving the page. It still accesses the open internet and Vsimple knowledge base, helping you find what to work on next or answer complex questions with ease. vAI is now smarter too. It automatically responds in the language you use and can parse multiple files at once in the new record form, saving time and streamlining workflows. 

Admins will notice powerful upgrades like the ability to use Record Type in conditional field settings, send notifications to static email addresses for integrations, and manage hidden system users more cleanly. Security has improved with a session-expiring popup, and deleting fields or sections now automatically removes related conditions. Outlook integration is more reliable with full thread history display, and backend optimizations make everything run faster. 

The user experience has also been polished. Navigation is simpler with Home and Logout in the sidebar, record cards have a cleaner design, and buttons for views, tasks, notifications, and record creation have been refreshed.
