At Vsimple, every release is about one thing: helping teams bring order to their work. This sprint focused on giving users more control, clarity, and connection across their workflows, with updates that make everyday tasks faster and simpler. 

One of the biggest highlights is vAI Custom Prompts, a new way to save and reuse your most common vAI commands. With one click, you can now execute frequent searches or workflow actions without starting from scratch. Admins and users can build personal, team, or org-wide prompts, then organize them in the new “Prompt Settings” sidebar. For furniture dealers, we’re setting up prompts that instantly create a SIF file or complete a “Spec Check” to compare vendor quotes to customer quotes for accuracy. 

We also launched version 2 of the Liftnet Integration with Mitsubishi. Teams can now print quotes directly to Word or PDF and use the new “View & Submit Quote” feature to make edits or send quotes without leaving Vsimple. It’s another step toward keeping every part of your quoting and approval process connected in one place. 

Other updates include vAI search enhancements (cleaner results with record links and better resource discovery) and new UX improvements, like column adjusters in record tables and ongoing mobile updates. On the backend, our CS team now has an internal admin portal that speeds up customer and feature management. Each change helps teams see, manage, and move work forward with more confidence, continuing Vsimple’s mission to create order from the chaos of digital work.
