Sprint 149 is all about reducing manual work and making Vsimple easier to use and manage day to day.

This release focuses on two areas our customers care about most:

  • Smarter vAI behavior that actually saves time

  • Clearer visibility into communication and activity

Here’s what’s new.

Smarter vAI That Organizes Work for You
The biggest update in Sprint 149 is how vAI creates and updates data.vAI can now create new table rows automatically from uploaded files or web searches. That means information that used to live in emails, documents, or notes can now turn directly into structured records inside Vsimple.
You can:

  • Extract product line items from documents and automatically create table rows

  • Convert unstructured text from emails, notes, or docs into organized data

  • Perform web research and populate contact rows directly on an account

This removes repetitive data entry and helps teams get work into the system faster, without retyping the same information in multiple places.
We also made vAI’s web search smarter and more transparent. Web search responses now always include the source URL, and we’ve fully transitioned to Perplexity to power faster, more reliable results.
The goal is simple. Less copying. Fewer mistakes. More confidence in the data you’re working from.

Communication Visibility Without Leaving Vsimple
Sprint 149 also improves how teams see and manage communication.
You can now view your full Outlook email communication history directly inside Vsimple. Selecting an email shows the entire thread, so you don’t have to jump back to Outlook to understand context or past decisions.
This keeps conversations tied to the work itself and makes it easier for anyone on the team to see what’s happened and what comes next.

Small UX Changes That Make Daily Work Easier
We shipped several usability improvements that smooth out common friction points.

  • vBell now consistently closes when clicking into a record, including on mobile

  • Added a clear close icon to the vBell widget

  • Long vBell messages are truncated for better readability

  • Activity Stream dates stay visible while scrolling, similar to Slack

These are small changes, but they make the platform feel calmer and more predictable when you’re moving quickly through your work.

Why This Sprint Matters
Sprint 149 is about turning scattered information into structured work, without adding more steps for your team.vAI now does more of the organizing. Communication stays connected to the workflow.
As always, we’re focused on helping teams bring clarity and order to how work actually gets done.
