Smarter vAI prompts and workflow automation

We’ve continued rolling out custom vAI prompts and expanding how they support real work inside your workflows.

New use cases include:

• Personnel assignment: Automatically determine the right team members for a record

• Dynamic record naming: Generate clear, consistent record names based on context or record updates. 

• Executive summaries: Provide a quick explanation of why a record moved to a new status

These enhancements help reduce manual decisions, improve consistency, and keep work moving without delays.

We also improved the vAI experience:

• Preview images and PDFs directly in the vAI sidebar

• Scroll through longer responses more easily

• Expand the vAI panel to work with longer prompts and outputs
