We’re excited to share some major news: Vsimple is relocating our headquarters from New Albany, Indiana, to Louisville, Kentucky, backed by a $5 million investment that will create nearly 200 new, high-quality jobs.

This move is more than just a change of address; it’s a commitment to our mission of helping mid-sized businesses in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services streamline their operations with the power of AI and modern workflow automation.
Since our founding in 2020, we’ve grown from an ambitious startup into a trusted partner for organizations across the U.S., helping teams simplify the complex and focus on what matters most.

Along the way, we’ve:

• Raised multiple multimillion-dollar rounds, including a $7 million Series A earlier this year, led by Silverton Partners.

• Earned recognition as a KY Inno Startup to Watch and inducted our CEO, Buddy Bockweg, into the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.

• Built a team that’s passionate about innovation, customer success, and making work simpler for everyone.
