We're continuing to expand what vAI can do while making it easier to access and more responsive.

Starting with Sprint 163, vAI is available directly from the Vsimple homepage, giving operations teams immediate access to AI-powered business management tools as soon as they log in, with no extra navigation required.

We've also made several improvements to enhance performance and usability:

• Faster Excel parsing with support for "vAI_SKIP" in worksheet names. Reference tabs and supporting data can now be skipped, allowing vAI to focus on the information that matters most.

• Improved responses when working with records that contain a large amount of context, resulting in more relevant and accurate AI interactions.

• A refreshed activity stream avatar that provides a cleaner, more consistent look throughout the platform.

Easier Record and Document Management

Sprint 163 also introduces several user experience enhancements that simplify everyday tasks.

• Record Type chips can now be edited directly from the record card, making updates quicker while also improving how longer names are displayed.

• Finding documents is now faster with file name search on the record page, helping users quickly locate the files they need.

• We've also added support for file folders on the record page. By including ">" within file type names, teams can organize shared documents into folders for a cleaner and more structured experience.

Clearer Workflow Visibility

We've refined the appearance of automation updates within the activity stream, including updates generated by vAI.

These improvements make it easier to understand what actions have taken place, giving users better visibility into automated workflows and AI activity as work progresses.
