Sprint 162 sharpens vAI's intelligence, tightens platform security, improves performance, and introduces several updates that make day-to-day work across Vsimple faster and easier to manage, including new business workflow automation capabilities.

vAI Enhancements

This sprint brings several updates that improve how vAI processes information and give you more control over your AI-driven workflows.

We've enhanced XLSX file parsing capabilities, allowing vAI to more accurately interpret and extract data from spreadsheet-based documents. These improvements help ensure more reliable results when working with Excel files and other structured data sources.

To provide greater flexibility, users can now apply custom prompts to record descriptions and selectively mark content as "Ignore for Parsing." This allows teams to better guide vAI's understanding of record context while excluding information that may not be relevant to the desired outcome.

We've also improved the user experience surrounding files that fail to process through vAI. These updates make it easier to identify processing issues and understand when additional action may be required.

You can now reprocess files directly from the Resources section, eliminating the need to re-upload documents when a file needs to be analyzed again. This is one example of how Vsimple's business workflow automation software reduces manual steps and keeps your team moving without interruption.

Admin and Security Enhancements

This update also includes several administrative and security improvements, including tighter control over what's visible in file previews and backend updates that keep the platform running smoothly.

Hidden worksheets within Excel files will no longer appear in file previews. This change helps ensure that intentionally hidden information remains concealed and reduces the risk of exposing sensitive data.

We've also made a series of performance improvements across the platform, reducing response times and improving system stability so your day-to-day work feels more reliable and consistent.

User Experience Enhancements

Several updates in Sprint 162 are aimed at making everyday interactions within Vsimple more intuitive and efficient.

To help reduce accidental duplicate activity, users are now prevented from posting the same message multiple times. It keeps activity streams clean and makes it easier for everyone to follow the conversation.

Linked Sections containing a single link can now be displayed directly within card views, complete with a preview of the linked content. This provides additional context without requiring users to open the record, making important information easier to access at a glance.

We've also added a wrap text option for Standard Sections, so you have more control over how information is displayed across the platform.

Finally, users can now include tables directly within Activity Stream posts.

This makes it easier to share structured data, communicate updates, and keep teams aligned without pulling in external documents or screenshots. For teams looking to cut down on tool-switching, this kind of business workflow automation software keeps work moving inside a single platform.

Continuing to Improve the Vsimple Experience

Sprint 162 reflects our continued focus on improving usability, strengthening platform performance, and expanding vAI capabilities. These updates are designed to help your teams work faster with greater control and visibility across your business workflow automation software, so less time is spent managing tools and more time is spent on the work that matters.
